About The Position
The Joint Chiropractic is looking for an upbeat, people-loving Wellness Coordinator to join our team! If you are passionate about wellness and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you! This role involves greeting patients, guiding them through care plans and membership options, managing the front desk (calls, emails, appointments), and supporting doctors to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. The position is located in Fulshear, with a requirement to train and potentially cover shifts at the Aliana clinics in Richmond. Candidates must live within 10 miles of a location and have reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience
- Bubbly, organized, and great at multitasking
- Bilingual English/Spanish - a big plus
- Open availability, including weekends
- Must live within 10 miles of a location
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to train at Aliana (Richmond)
- Must be willing to cover some shifts at either Aliana clinic
Responsibilities
