The primary focus of this position is to maintain the Wellness teams schedule as well as recruit, retain and enhance the overall associate experience and commitment to the community and its residents. Provide administrative support to the Wellness Department and coordinate staff as it relates to providing exceptional service/care within our community and regulations that govern residential care. This position is a direct liaison to the Resident Care Director as it relates to associate morale, feedback, promoting and maintaining a positive work environment.
