Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales experience is a plus.
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients by confidently recommending wellness plans, memberships, and care packages.
  • Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales goals through patient education and exceptional customer service.
  • Greet, check in, and engage every patient, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression.
  • Manage the daily flow of patients to ensure an organized and efficient clinic experience.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions and membership needs.
  • Re-engage inactive patients and members through phone calls, texts, and other outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and process transactions using our clinic software.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, community events, and patient outreach.
  • Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Work closely with chiropractors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
