Requirements

  • 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or customer service
  • Proven sales and coaching success
  • Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and technology
  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Retreat Director to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach Wellness Consultants, and support daily operations.
  • This role combines leadership, sales coaching, guest service, and operational excellence to achieve performance goals.
  • Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop Wellness Consultants.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach consultative selling and personalized wellness journeys.
  • Drive memberships, retail, enhancements, rebooking, and guest retention.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide real-time coaching.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Promote services, memberships, retail products, and seasonal offerings.
  • Support opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain retreat presentation and operational standards.
  • Assist with inventory, compliance, and daily documentation.
