About The Position

The Vineyards Country Club is a premier private club in Naples, FL, known for exceptional service, luxury amenities, and a strong sense of community. We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Wellness Concierge to join our team full-time and serve as a key point of contact for our members and guests at the Wellness Center. As a Wellness Concierge, you will help create a warm, welcoming environment for all who enter our Wellness Center. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
Tech-savvy with the ability to assist members with app-related questions.
Ability to lift light supplies and manage restocking tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
Fob in all members entering the building at the front desk.
Greet members and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
Provide basic tours of the Wellness Center and its amenities.
Offer assistance with The Vineyards mobile app.
Take and maintain janitorial supply inventory.
Restock the janitor supply closet in the hallway using supplies from the locked salon closet.
Receive and manage Wellness Center deliveries.
Monitor and communicate any parking concerns, especially related to handicap accessibility.
Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (Maintenance X) for main Wellness Center areas.
