About The Position
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a welcoming and motivated Wellness Coach to help members develop healthier habits through guidance, encouragement, and education. This role promotes safety and follows YMCA policies and procedures while helping members feel comfortable and confident on their health and wellness journey. Your presence on the Wellness Floor contributes to a positive experience as members work toward their goals.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications. Must complete within first 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior wellness experience preferred.
