Wellness Coach
About The Position
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Wellness Coach assists members in achieving healthier habits through health & wellness by providing support, encouragement, and education. They ensure the safety of all participants on the Wellness Floor and create a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals and promotes safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications. Must complete within first 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior wellness experience preferred.
