Wellness Coach - Chickahominy YMCA
About The Position
The Chickahominy Family YMCA is seeking friendly, wellness-focused individuals to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The position is part time and pays $15–$17 per hour. Wellness Coaches build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations and fitness evaluations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications; the YMCA will provide certification if the candidate is not currently certified.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with members.
- Provide equipment orientations.
- Conduct fitness evaluations.
- Clean equipment.
- Assist members on the wellness floor.
