We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Wellness Clerk to assist with the daily operations of our Health & Wellness Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance professionalism, confidentiality, and strong administrative skills.   • Previous clerical, administrative, medical office, or healthcare support experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Successfully pass any background check and/drug test
  • Ability to obtain & maintain valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate student medical, dental, mental health, and vision appointments
  • Maintain and organize confidential student medical records
  • Provide front desk and receptionist support for the Wellness Department
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, referrals, and clinic documentation
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Wellness Clinic and work areas
  • Assist students with wellness-related needs and appointment coordination
  • Track office supplies, vendor billing, and departmental paperwork
  • Help create a supportive, respectful, and student-focused environment
