About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, seeking a dedicated and professional Wellness Brand Ambassador. This role is crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City, serving as a local representation of national brands. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will interact with local businesses to promote Sun Tan City's services and products, using approved promotional materials to drive foot traffic. They will also collaborate with their supervisor to create local and corporate partnerships. The position requires a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn. The role involves both field marketing and in-salon work as a Wellness Consultant, making recommendations for products and services, and meeting sales requirements. The job is full-time with hybrid scheduling, including field marketing and in-salon hours.

Requirements

Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands-on marketing.
Creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and its services and products.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside of their supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
