About The Position

Masonopoly is a premier operator in the tanning and soap industry, striving for excellence and seeking dedicated, professional team members. The Wellness Brand Ambassador will serve as a local representation of national brands, crucial to the reputation and success of Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap. This role involves interacting with local businesses to promote services and products, using approved promotional materials to generate foot traffic, and creating local and corporate partnerships alongside a supervisor. Applicants should have a strong commitment to exceptional client service, performance excellence, and a desire to learn.

Requirements

Management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent.
Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hands-on marketing.
Creative yet strategic thinking.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as a local representation of national brands.
Interact with local businesses within their territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap and their services and products.
Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to generate foot traffic.
Create local and corporate partnerships alongside supervisor.
Develop client engagement skills by working in the salon.
Make relevant recommendations to clients for products and services.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
Properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
