About The Position

Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is looking for high-energy Brand Ambassador's for our studio location. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapies. We work with clients who are looking for athletic wellness/recovery, natural pain pain management, and skin health. We offer a flexible schedule allowing for a great work-life balance. Team members will lead the "Icebox Experience" by assisting with client reception, introducing guests to our innovative therapies, and driving revenue through package and product education.

Requirements

Must thrive in a membership sales environment.
Proven track record in retail sales.
High Energy: A motivated, outgoing personality that excels in a fast-paced environment.
Wellness Knowledge: A solid foundational knowledge of health and wellness trends.
Team Player: A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team culture.
Communication: Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele and other franchise studios.

Reliability: Punctual, reliable, and excellent at time management.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Weekend availability is required.
High school or equivalent (Required)
Retail sales: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

Deliver an overall premium customer service experience from check-in to check-out.
Promote and educate clients on company products, services, and membership benefits.
Create lasting relationships with clients to further personalize their wellness journey.
Anticipate client needs to ensure a high-quality, seamless experience.
Answer customer queries and recommend specific services or packages tailored to guest goals.
Work with potential guests to introduce them to the benefits of Icebox.
Work closely with team members and visiting staff to ensure the "Icebox Experience" is perfect.
Maintain the cleanliness and high-end aesthetic of the studio.
