The Wellness Attendant will maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, fitness, and pool areas. They will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort, and comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. This role involves setting up and maintaining the Spa, including refreshments, locker rooms, fitness areas, indoor pool area, pre-treatment area, and relaxation rooms. The attendant will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving customer complaints, and assisting customers with inquiries related to spa services. They will also assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services, provide tours of the Spa and fitness center, and ensure the proper and safe operation of all fitness equipment. Collaboration with Engineering and Housekeeping is key to maintaining cleanliness and resolving issues promptly. The attendant will also be responsible for issuing, stocking, and replenishing towels, robes, toiletries, hydrating beverages, fruits, and other amenities needed in the Spa areas.
