About The Position

Nutrition Nest at Preserve Life is a revolutionary integrated wellness destination combining a longevity clinic, beauty boutique, retail store, and experiential restaurant under one roof. Located on 1,200+ acres of pristine forest with spring-fed lakes, just West of Atlanta, we are redefining how health is experienced. Guided by evidence-based nutrition science, functional medicine pathways, curated healthy aging products, and transformative dining, Nutrition Nest is designed to help people not just live — but come alive. Opening December 2025. This role is responsible for the preparation and service of beverages and grab-and-go items, inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, training and leading the Grab & Go department, contributing to menu innovation, and engaging with customers to educate them about menu items and health benefits. Non-essential functions include assisting with events and supporting additional retail operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in juice bar, café, or food service
Strong knowledge of nutrition, wellness, and food safety
Experience training or leading staff
Ability to follow and develop recipes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed
Customer-focused and engaging
Reliable and consistent
Creative and collaborative
Detail-oriented and organized

Nice To Haves

Experience with menu development or product innovation
Food safety certification a plus

Responsibilities

Make and serve juices, smoothies, mocktails, and grab-and-go items
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Track usage and minimize waste
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
Train, schedule, and lead Grab & Go department
Model best practices and support team development
Prep & learn new Grab & Go options
Stay current with wellness and nutrition trends
Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide education about menu items and health benefits
Offer samples and drive customer loyalty
Assist with events or special promotions
Support additional retail operations as assigned
