The Well Service Team Member must express leadership techniques, down hole knowledge, management responsibilities and equipment maintenance with the goal of becoming an Operator and crew member. This role involves working in a safe, healthy, and environmentally protective manner, understanding and performing various well service jobs, and maintaining a detailed work order book for billing practices. The team member will also complete daily tickets and safety programs, oversee the work site, well control, and others on location, and be responsible for the proper maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the rig. Additionally, they will operate the rig, fill in for the Operator when required, verify proper rig up/down procedures, BOP operation, and mud pump operation, and assist the Operator in managing and instructing crews. The role includes filling out all daily time tickets and pipe tallys, overseeing well site cleanup, maintaining positive customer relationships, reporting and correcting unsafe work practices, and participating in all safety programs and training. The team member will attend Operations Training up to two times per year and perform other duties as directed by management.
