This position supports the delivery and administration of well-being initiatives through program coordination, execution, and operation support, and reporting activities. This role is responsible for coordinating health and wellness campaigns, biometric screening initiative, maintaining program data and resources, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives across domestic and global populations. Working closely with the Well-Being Program & Benefits Communications Supervisor and Well-Being Program Advisor, the Specialist serves as a key operational resource responsible for ensuring programs are executed effectively, participation data is maintained accurately, and employee-facing initiatives are delivered in a timely and organized manner.
