About The Position

Standard Bots is hiring a Welding Sales Manager to grow its welding automation business nationally. The role owns the national welding quota for systems and revenue across direct and partner sales, and focuses on installed, producing systems. The position works closely with Regional Sales Managers, Welding Applications Engineers, customers, partners, and the welding product team to expand adoption of cobot welding among fabricators. Frequent domestic travel is expected—approximately 50%—to customer sites, regional teams, trade shows, and partners. Compensation is $190,000–$225,000 in on-target earnings, depending on experience and seniority.
