Requirements

Welding certificate required
Safety forward thinking.

Experience with operating a forklift a plus

Responsibilities

General repair duties; cutting steel, grinding, mig welding
Use of general hand tools, power tools, welding equipment
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams and schematics
High attention to detail
Wear all PPE at all times in designated areas
Ability to stand/bend/kneel for long periods of time
Responsible for the quality of work produced by himself/herself
Accountable for the productivity. Productivity numbers will be determined by the manager in partnership with the lead based off time studies.
Report any safety ideas/issues/violations to lead or Site Manager immediately
Offload/load trailers
Maintain clean and debris free work environment
Other duties as assigned
Participate in facility trainings, continuous improvement plans
Excellent attendance
