About The Position

Ivy Tech Evansville seeks a part-time Lab Technician to assist in maintaining day to day operations of the on campus welding lab. Duties include keeping metal cut and prepared for classes, cleaning equipment, maintaining a clean weld lab, and minor maintenance of equipment and power tools. Some lifting required. Some knowledge of welding processes is also helpful. Assist in maintaining day to day operations of the welding lab.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Some lifting required
• Some knowledge of welding processes is also helpful

• Associate degree
• Previous lab experience
