The Part-Time Welding Instructor is responsible for course content and syllabi for all assigned courses. Each instructor will provide effective instruction in all classes by implementing active learning strategies and focusing on student learning outcomes. This position is supervised by the Director of Occupational Extension in collaboration with the Program Head of Welding. Instructional personnel should be aware of the need to continue personal and professional growth necessary to perform their duties. Salary is determined by factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; and internal peer equity.
