Anoka Technical College is seeking a full-time evening instructor to join our thriving Welding program. The core responsibilities of this role include instructing students across a variety of subjects within the established curriculum. Additionally, the instructor will help develop and revise curriculum materials to ensure they remain up-to-date and in line with industry standards. This position also involves providing constructive feedback to students and assessing their competencies. Another key component of the role requires staying current with technical knowledge in the field through participation in professional development activities and engagement with professional organizations and an advisory committee. Additional duties to include but are not limited to: Attend in-person meetings, committee meetings, and other college events. Maintain consistent communication with students through office hours, email, and telephone. Support the mission, vision, and core values of Anoka Technical College. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice through inclusive educational practices.
