About The Position

Aluma Form Inc. is seeking a Welding Associate I. This position involves safely operating equipment, performing setup, programming, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks as needed. Responsibilities include adhering to work orders, communicating issues to supervisors, and maintaining a clean work area while following assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Demonstrate hand-eye coordination
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while performing repetitive work
• Ability to perform basic math
• Capable of lifting 35 pounds
• Available to work any shift
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Work safely and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Set-up, program, troubleshoot, adjust, and do basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Preform fixture/jig change overs as required.
• Repetitive loading / unloading of fixture and/or jig.
• Perform work as assigned by Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Review work orders to ensure product is produced to specifications.
• Communicate maintenance and production issues to supervisor.
• Maintain and clean work area.
