About The Position
This is a temp-to-full-time position for Welders and Fabricators on the 1st shift, working from 6 am to 2 pm, with overtime available. The pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Responsibilities include tack welding and MIG welding, fabricating products from start to finish, and working with stainless steel and aluminum. The job involves a wide variety of products, including sheet metal work, machine bases, duct work, frameworks, structural components, conveyor systems, and furnace construction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with cutting torch
- Experience with plasma cutter
