About The Position

Responsible for welding and reworking products using MIG/TIG techniques per specifications and blueprints. Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS 3G/4G) on steel, stainless, and aluminum per blueprints and weld symbols. Set up and maintain welding equipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards. Inspect work and prior processes to ensure quality and production flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • excellent attendance and positive attitude
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications
  • Pass a welding certification test
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to rotate across weld areas, wear PPE, work overtime, and pursue skill development

Nice To Haves

  • prior welding experience/certifications preferred
