About The Position

The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations to produce high-quality components and assemblies that meet JCB specifications and quality standards. This posting is part of JCB’s effort to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of the opening of our new San Antonio manufacturing facility. Requirements

• Welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in a production environment

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and other welding processes as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
