About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Welder for an industrial skilled-trades role in the Oakland, CA market. This is an hourly contract role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates. Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope. Type: Contract. Public location: Public posting uses a market location and does not expose the client site. Primary scope: industrial welding, fabrication, repair, fitting, layout, and production or maintenance support.
Requirements
- Industrial, manufacturing, shipyard, heavy equipment, structural, or maintenance welding experience
- Comfort with common welding processes, layout, measuring, grinding, fitting, and quality expectations
- Able to work safely in industrial environments and follow jobsite documentation requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform welding, fabrication, repair, layout, fit-up, and field or shop support for industrial equipment and structures.
- Read prints, follow work instructions, check quality, and document completed work or repair status.
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, safety, quality, and supervisors to complete work safely and correctly.
