About The Position

Responsible for performing GMAW welding processes/Carbon Arc Gouging on production materials in compliance with the required specifications. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality control. The Welder will operate assigned equipment, manage paperwork, and work independently or as part of a team. Additionally, the role involves operating material handling equipment and contributing to a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Requirements

• Perform GMAW welding processes/Carbon Arc Gouging on production materials in compliance with required specifications.
• Maintain required AWS certifications.
• Meet or exceed the 85% UT pass ratio.
• Operate assigned equipment with full knowledge of its capabilities and applicable welding codes.
• Handle machine setup and routine maintenance.
• Complete all job-related paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain the required weld Earned Hour Ratio.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
• Capable of working independently or as a team with minimum supervision.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
