About The Position

Our company is looking to add a Full Time Welder to our location. This role will need to perform work on a regularly scheduled time (choose between 4a- Noon or 8a - 4p), Monday - Friday with some Saturday's as needed. This is 100% on site and a rare opportunity! If you enjoy all aspects of fabrication and repair, we have a unique option to trouble shoot and find solutions that most businesses can't offer. Our company began with fabrication and small container management in the early 1990's. Since then it has grown to be an ideal partner in our industry of container management. We now operate in 5 states with 13 locations. Keeping with our roots, we strive to add talent from our local communities and promote cross training to give our employees opportunities to build their skills.

Requirements

Excellent time management skills with proven to be productive in a timely manner.
Able to be thorough and accurate when accomplishing assignments.
Able to show knowledge and proven skill in the weld field including functionality and limitations of equipment and tools.
Ability to perform critical thinking and decision making.
Able to communicate clearly to provide information to supervisor or co-workers.
Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
Able to use and understand tablet technology.
Able to operate a fork truck.
Experience using MIG welding equipment and various electric/manual tools.
Able to read, write clearly, and understand English.
Understands basic welding equipment and tools.
Must be eligible to prove ability to work legally in the United States.
