Job Summary We’re looking for a Welder with strong TIG welding skills to support manufacturing operations, including welding in an inert chamber. This role is hands‑on and detail‑driven—quality, consistency, and following the process matter here. If you take pride in clean welds, repeatable results, and working safely in a structured shop environment, this could be a good fit. Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Days and hours may fluctuate based on business needs and production demands.) Sign On Bonus: $500
