This position is accountable for performing welding set up, operations and activities. It also must ensure that it demonstrates all core competencies required throughout the organization. These competencies include safety, quality, production, and behavior. The role involves MIG or TIG welding, operating robotic welders, reading blueprints, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. There are opportunities for advancement to Level II and Level III welders, with increasing responsibilities in welding techniques, certifications, robot programming, and training.
