About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

Previous professional welding or fabrication experience
Ability to safely operate welding equipment
Basic fabrication and measurement skills
Welding hood and proper PPE
Reliable transportation
Ability to work safely in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments
Some assignments may require a weld test, certification, or project-specific welding procedure qualification

Responsibilities

Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding as required
Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
Complete structural, pipe, production, industrial, and fabrication welding projects
Perform fit-up, layout, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
Fabricate, repair, and assemble structural steel, equipment, piping, and manufactured products
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards
