About The Position
Leonhardt Manufacturing is hiring welders across multiple shifts. This is hands-on MIG welding work using blueprints and work orders to produce parts across galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel, with a focus on consistent quality and steady output. Ideal for candidates with MIG welding experience looking to grow in a production manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- MIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Experience with galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding based on blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements
- Set up components and fixtures for welding
- Weld galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
- Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and conformance to specifications
- Grind, sand, and finish welds as needed
- Support inspection processes (visual, leak testing, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Contribute to daily production and quality goals
