Requirements
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in the use of standard shop tools and inspection measuring tools, such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout work schedule, 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to regularly maneuver up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints/ shop drawings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed all welding production standards for all welding processes in a safe manner.
- Read and work from blueprints.
- Setup for various welding functions.
- Move equipment and materials to and from workstations.
- Perform quality fit up for welding.
- Weld like metals and dissimilar metals.
