About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring career-level Welders for first- and second-shift positions in the Fort Worth/Saginaw, Texas area. The role pays $22.59 per hour and is full-time. Welders perform work to job specifications and quality standards, using instructions, blueprints, or welding diagrams as needed. They inspect completed welds, maintain a clean and safe work area, follow workplace safety procedures, and work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.

First shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Second shift runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, and Saturday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Candidates should have professional welding experience, be able to work independently, and be available for their assigned shift and required Saturday hours.
