About The Position
This position involves performing wire feed welding, including for ASME code pressure vessels. The role requires production-type welding using wire feed arc welders. Responsibilities include repetitive lifting of materials and product up to 50 lbs, troubleshooting weld problems and making adjustments, and learning to identify welding defects and use weld gauges. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- MIG welding experience.
- Safety conscious.
- Quality minded.
- Good work habits.
- Good attendance.
Responsibilities

- Conduct production-type welding using wire feed arc welders.
- Repetitively lift materials and product up to 50 lbs throughout the process.
- Troubleshoot weld problems and make adjustments to correct them.
- Learn to identify welding defects and use weld gauges.
- Understand blueprints.
