About The Position
Exmark, a division of The Toro Company located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking 1st shift welders to join their team. Exmark is the leading manufacturer of commercial mowers and equipment for landscape professionals, known for producing high-quality products that enhance productivity. This role involves performing various welding duties on outdoor power equipment.
Requirements
- Some technical knowledge.
- Ability to follow standard work and procedures.
- Experience in using power tools is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Perform and complete welding duties on a variety of outdoor power equipment.
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams.
- Select appropriate weld jig, position, and secure piece parts in weld jig by hand or hoist.
- Perform MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project needs.
- Set up welding cells for production runs.
- Buff and inspect welded surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.
