Requirements

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Good attendance.
Experience in MIG & TIG welding.
Experience with all types of Fabrication Machinery (Brakes, Shears, Spot Welders, Swaging and Beading Machines, Rollers, Iron Workers, Drill Presses and various hand tools).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to use Critical Thinking when making decisions.
Ability to prioritize work load and take direction as needed.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Willingness to learn new skill sets and cross train in different job functions.
Ability to maintain a neat and orderly work environment.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Pass the welding test.

Nice To Haves

Certifications in MIG & TIG welding are preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG & TIG welding.
