About The Position
The Welder will be responsible for heavy fabrication and repair work, specifically on large mining buckets and related industrial equipment. They should have a strong background in welding thick materials, structural components, and wear parts, with a focus on safety, precision, and durability.

- Ability to use and run an air arc
- Must pass a welding test to be considered for hire

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on large scale mining buckets and heavy equipment components.
- Conduct structural repairs, rebuilds, and modifications using appropriate welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Operate heavy-duty fabrication tools including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters.
- Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications as determined by blueprints.
