About The Position

Leonhardt Manufacturing is hiring 2nd Shift Welders. This is hands-on MIG welding work using blueprints and work orders to produce parts across galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel, with a focus on consistent quality and steady output.

Requirements

• Hands-on MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders
• Experience welding galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding based on blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements
• Set up components and fixtures for welding
• Weld galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
• Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and conformance to specifications
• Grind, sand, and finish welds as needed
• Support inspection processes (visual, leak testing, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Contribute to daily production and quality goals
