Pay Range: $53,300.00 to $68,300.00 Job Summary The Welder will be doing fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment. This role supports daily by preparing materials, maintaining tools, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or stick welding processes
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (typically 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various environments
- Willingness to learn welding techniques and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic knowledge of welding or metal fabrication is a plus
- Forklift certification (a plus, not required)
