Welder - 1st Shift
About The Position
We manufacture air compressors. This role will perform wire feed welding, for which you will be certified/trained, including AMSE code pressure vessels. This is production type welding using wire feed arc welders. The position involves repetitive lifting of materials and product throughout the process up to 50 lbs. You will troubleshoot weld problems and make adjustments to correct them. We will train you to know and understand blueprints, identify welding defects, and use weld gauges. We are looking for someone who is safety conscious, quality minded, and has good work habits and attendance.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Welding experience - MIG.
- Safety conscious.
