Requirements
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to read blue prints, drawings, calipers and tape measures
- Ability to consistently produce quality products
- Must be reliable
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
- Willing to work 40 + hours per week including Saturday
Responsibilities
- Fuse aluminum, steel and stainless parts together using MIG, TIG and stick welding process.
- Perform all types of weld joints in all positions.
- Interpret drawings for welding requirements and design and build fixtures.
- Build multi-piece structures of difficult complexity by measuring and locating parts, clamping parts in location and welding per print.
- Maintain and repair welding electrodes and gas for MIG and TIG welding.
- Make minor adjustments and operate the Robotic Welding Machine.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
