About The Position
Revere Staffing Partners is hiring Entry-Level Welders for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. Recent technical school graduates are encouraged to apply as well! This is an onsite position in North Haven, CT. The pay is $22.00 - $23.50 per hour with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM, offering full-time hours. Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses
- Complete precision welding and assembly work to meet strength and quality requirements
- Adjust current and voltage to achieve proper penetration and fusion
- Select appropriate electrode types and sizes
- Work with similar and dissimilar metals while minimizing distortion
- Read and work from drawings and specifications
- Identify and report material, equipment, or process issues
- Assist with other department operations as needed to maintain workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all required safety procedures and regulations
