Job Summary We’re looking for a Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll perform precision welding operations on aerospace components using manual TIG, CNC TIG, Laser Weld, and Electron Beam (EB) welding equipment. Your work will play a critical role in producing high-quality parts that meet demanding customer, quality, and production requirements. What you do here has real-world impact—every day. Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified to WD-001 standards or ability to successfully obtain certification
  • Ability to pass a reading comprehension assessment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and work instructions
  • Knowledge of welding processes, procedures, and quality requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous aerospace, aviation, or precision manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Electron Beam (EB), CNC TIG, or Laser Weld equipment
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
  • Prior experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weld joints and components according to traveler instructions and work requirements
  • Perform welding operations using manual TIG, CNC TIG, Laser Weld, and/or Electron Beam (EB) welding equipment
  • Complete welding activities on a variety of aerospace components while meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Prepare parts for welding using belt sanding and other finishing methods
  • Inspect welding tools, fixtures, and equipment before use
  • Complete required production, traveler, and quality documentation accurately
  • Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment as required
  • Maintain production, quality, and safety standards at all times
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
  • Follow all company quality, environmental, safety, and ethical standards
  • Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
