About The Position
ATACO Steel Products Corp is hiring Welders to join our manufacturing team. This position offers stable hours with a 4-day workweek, providing long weekends most weeks. The role involves performing MIG (GMAW) welding on metal components, working with fixtures and jigs to position parts, reading weld prints and following specifications, and inspecting welds to ensure quality standards. There are also opportunities to work with TIG welding or robotic welding based on skills and production needs. ATACO is a family-owned company with a small team environment, offering a variety of parts and projects, and opportunities to learn additional processes and equipment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of welding experience in manufacturing
- Ability to read weld prints or blueprints
- Comfortable working with welding equipment and tools
- Able to handle physical work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
