About The Position

FabLogix is seeking skilled Welders to support the fabrication of piping systems and mechanical assemblies. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welds in accordance with drawings, specifications, and WPS requirements. Welders must demonstrate strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and production standards. FabLogix utilizes cutting-edge automation, connecting digital drawings directly to machines in a modern 150,000-square-foot facility, providing high throughput capacity for challenging schedules. Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of pipe welding experience
• Must pass: 2” carbon monster coupon in 6G position
• Must pass: 2” schedule 10 stainless steel test in 6G
• Must pass: GTAW (TIG) all the way out
• Additional testing includes GMAW and FCAW in 6G on 6” carbon pipe
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and WPS documents
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment

Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel piping
• Complete welds in accordance with WPS, drawings, and customer specifications
• Read and interpret isometric drawings, spool sheets, and welding symbols
• Prepare, fit, and weld pipe to required specifications
• Perform additional welding processes including GMAW and FCAW as needed
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Maintain proper use of welding equipment and tools
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop protocols
• Communicate with supervisors, QC, and fitters to ensure production flow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist other departments as needed to support production flow
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency efforts
• Perform basic equipment and tool inspections
• Support production deadlines and workflow demands
