This role also involves maintaining a clean work area, adhering to quality practices, communicating with vendors and customers, inspecting welded surfaces, performing equipment repairs and preventive maintenance, de-burring and grinding components, and loading/unloading trucks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of aluminum TIG and MIG welding experience, and the ability to obtain welding certifications. Key skills include recognizing safety concerns, using inspection equipment, basic math, reading die drawings, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and knowledge of metals.
