Requirements

Previous welding experience through employment, vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship preferred
Basic understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Several years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience required
Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
Assist with additional manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed
Senior Welders may assist with complex fabrication projects, troubleshooting, and mentoring less experienced team members
