Now Hiring: Production Welder (1st and 2nd Shifts) Pay Based on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results: Production Welder A: $25.75 - $34.24 Production Welder B: $23.75 - $30.55 Production Welder C: $20.25 - $25.71 Location: Anderson, South Carolina What You’ll Do: ✔ Perform MIG welding on metal components ✔ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols ✔ Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment ✔ Inspect welds for quality and precision ✔ Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required)
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment
• Inspect welds for quality and precision
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
