About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling various components and materials based on work orders. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm + required OT as needed on Saturdays

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in assembly/production work
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs. without help.
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive and stationary work requirements.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic team environment.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Good communication skills
• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Manufacturing / Assembly (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assembling small parts for electrical components
• Inspecting products
• Set up wire draw for production at the beginning of the day.
• Run the coil line through the machine.
• Pressing switch to sound alarm before machine starts.
• Monitor machine functionality throughout shift
• Forklift operating as needed
• Meet established daily goals based on order volume and needs.
• Ensure all safety processes and procedures are followed.
• Ensure production areas, warehouse floor, work areas and requirement (including tools) are clean and safe.
